Pick the path that matches your first session. Both lead into the same account funnel.
PC / Windows
Best for the full client experience, longer sessions, and the fastest setup if you are sitting at your desktop already.
- Create account if you have not done that yet.
- Download the launcher zip.
- Extract it and run midhem_dx.exe or midhem_gl.exe.

Mobile / Android
Start from your phone if that is the faster path for you. The Android app is live and ties into the same Midhem account flow.
- Create account first so login works immediately.
- Install the game from Google Play.
- Log in and continue the funnel with character creation.

Windows requirements
- Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, or 11
- DirectX 9.0c or OpenGL 2.0 compatible GPU
- 2 GB RAM minimum
- 200 MB free disk space
Android requirements
- Android 5.0 or higher
- 2 GB RAM recommended
- 200 MB free storage
- Stable internet connection
Common fixes
- Install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x86) if the PC client will not start.
- Update GPU drivers if you see rendering issues.
- PC settings are stored in
%appdata%\Midhem Online\midhem.
Do not stop at download
The funnel is not complete until your first character exists.
