Wiki / Rusty Items
Use a soul orb to reveal an item. You find soul orbs dropped by monsters, mostly from monsters considered "magical" such as Orc Shaman, Minotaur Mage, Necromancer, Warlock, Infernalist, and many more. You can usually buy soul orbs in the market or in the Midhem-credits store.
Use the client wiki to find out which monsters drop rusty set items, or soul orbs.

Each rarity has an item level, between 1-3, which determines the strength of the bonus. And is randomized upon finding a rarity item.
Rerolling & Upgrading
There are items to reroll the type of an item, there is Rare Upgrade Stone, Epic Upgrade Stone and Legendary Upgrade Stone
There are items to upgrade the level of an item, there is Rare Upgrade Stone, Epic Upgrade Stone and Legendary Upgrade Stone
These items are dropped by Cursed Bosses, and some task rewards.
